Graduate Student

Maitry Trivedi is a Data Science and Engineering Ph.D. student at the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence at Arizona State University. She received her master’s in Robotics and Autonomous Systems (Artificial Intelligence) from Arizona State University in 2021. Her research interests include machine learning, deep learning, and medical imaging.

Maitry’s current project involves the development of a Deep Learning framework leveraging transcriptional profiles from both single-cell RNA sequencing and bulk data of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) patients and healthy subjects. She aims to model the progression of AD as pseudo-temporal trajectories. She plans to exploit multi-modal analytics to further advance these areas of research and build robust models.
