Hi everyone! I am Brycelyn Whitman and I am a 4th-year undergraduate student in Dr. David Brafman’s research lab. The research project I am currently working on involves the conformation of a Knockout Line using Western Blotting technologies in hESCs. These Knockout Lines were created using a gene-editing technique known as Base-edited Isogenic hPSC line Generation using a Transient Reporter for Editing Enrichment (BIG-TREE).
