Constructing materials with tailored properties promises a range of potential breakthroughs and practical needs. Our lab strives to bring scientific solutions to our world through materials innovations. We study light-matter interactions with artificial atoms, molecules, and structures to realize extraordinary properties and applications across science and engineering disciplines.
A postdoc position is available in Prof. Sui Yang’s group in Materials Science and Engineering at Arizona State University. A postdoc candidate should have experimental expertise within one of the areas: photonics, optoelectronics, and materials.
We are actively seeking highly motivated students with diverse background in engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science, and biological sciences. Both graduate research assistantships and university fellowships are available.
We welcome undergraduate students who want to gain research experience in the fields of materials science and photonics.
