MTP LAB
MTP lab houses a variety of small signal and large signal tools tailored for characterization of high frequency circuits and systems in both frequency and time domains. The lab is equipped with high dynamic range tools spanning from DC to 50 GHz for S-parameters, spectrum analysis, noise and phase noise measurements, linearity, and power measurements. Together with the frequency extender units MTP lab covers the frequency range of 110-170 GHz with power measurement up to THz frequencies. In addition, MTP has access to 220-500 GHz frequency extenders. The following lists the major measurement capabilities:
