Power Electronics & Energy Conversion (PEEC) Lab

Welcome to Prof. Zhicheng Guo’s research group at Arizona State University. Our research interests include Solid-state transformers, high-frequency magnetic, WBG intelligent power modules, 60 Hz/HF partial discharge, and insulation design of modern power electronics systems. Our research vision is to investigate power electronics technologies in the application of AI data centers, Grid modernization, electrifying transportation, and EV/charging infrastructure.
