Jay Shah

Ph.D. student, Computer Science

Jay is a 3rd year Computer Science PhD student at Arizona State University, co-advised by Dr. Teresa Wu and Dr. Baoxin Li. He received his Masters degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University in 2020 and completed his Bachelors in Information and Communication Technology from DAIICT, India in 2018. His research interests broadly include Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Explainability and Medical Imaging.

At Wu’s lab he’s working on research projects focused on developing novel and multi-modal deep learning models that aid the classification and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Migraine and Post-Traumatic Headache.
