The lab is equipped with high dynamic range tools spanning from DC to 50 GHz for S-parameters, spectrum analysis, noise and phase noise measurements, linearity, and power measurements. Together with the frequency extender units MTP lab covers the frequency range of 110-170 GHz with power measurement up to THz frequencies. In addition, MTP has access to 220-500 GHz frequency extenders.
