Dr. Zhang is well known for his contributions to molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and advanced semiconductor heterostructures, enabling the production of high-quality materials for next-generation His project was to perform temperature-dependent photoluminescence spectroscopy measurements of InAs\/InAsSb and InAs\/Ga(In)Sb type-II superlattices.
