Henry Successfully Wraps Up NSF REU Internship with the MBE Optoelectronics Group

Henry Garland, a rising undergraduate senior at Northern Arizona University, worked in the MBE Optoelectronics group under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Yong-Hang Zhang, Allison McMinn, Razine Hossain, Xiaoyang Liu, and Dr. Zheng Ju. His project was to perform temperature-dependent photoluminescence spectroscopy measurements of InAs/InAsSb and InAs/Ga(In)Sb type-II superlattices. He also aided in thorough MBE troubleshooting to get a few chambers back online!
