The ISNDE holds COMSOL and CIVA software, installed in high performance computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scanning Acoustic Microscope <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The system described is equipped with impressive capabilities for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in the field of semiconductor failure analysis. Operating with a frequency range of up to 200 MHz, this system offers the potential for high-resolution scanning and evaluation. Its versatile functionality includes the ability to perform 3-axis scanning, along with a movable head feature.
