Welcome to the official website of the Cyber & Network Security Group (CNSG) at Arizona State University<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by Dr. Yanchao Zhang<\/a>, CNSG conducts cutting-edge fundamental and experimental research on security and privacy issues in computer and networked systems. Our current focus areas encompass a diverse array of topics, including FutureG wireless networks (6G+), trustworthy wireless\/mobile\/edge\/embodied AI, autonomous and unmanned systems (UAVs, UGVs, and robots), multimodal sensing systems, immersive technologies (AR\/VR\/MR), and their critical application domains. We owe our progress and achievements to the generous support from esteemed funding agencies, including the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), Army Research Laboratory\/Office (ARL\/ARO), and Department of Defense (DoD). CNSG actively welcomes driven and self-motivated Ph.D. candidates who possess a fervent commitment to advancing research. Enrollment options are open for both the Spring and Fall semesters. As a part of CNSG, you will have the chance to pursue your Ph.D. within the EE or CE program in the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering (ECEE)<\/a>, or the CE or CS program in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence (SCAI)<\/a>. We also extend a warm invitation to visiting scholars and students whose research interests align with ours and who exhibit strong backgrounds in their respective fields.
